What's the difference between braces and Invisalign?

Braces use metal brackets and wires to gradually move teeth into place, while Invisalign uses a series of clear, removable aligners made of BPA-free plastic. Invisalign is generally more discreet and comfortable, and it allows for easier oral hygiene since the aligners can be removed. However, traditional braces may be more effective for severe or complex orthodontic issues. Compliance is also key with Invisalign — you must wear them 20–22 hours a day.
